What buyers say about the Electric Bidet
Keeps its promises
I have been using this for several months and am enormously pleased. The case is discreet and prevents leaks. It's even possible to lay a handkerchief flat in it and wrap it around the device, in case you find yourself somewhere without adequate TP for drying. I prefer my home bidet, of course, but this has made me extremely tolerant of traveling wherever I want to go. It can be a little large to carry with you everywhere, but I put it in my purse and it could be used by someone who carries a backpack easily. I particularly like being able to keep it filled. By the time I've found a bathroom, my system doesn't tolerate well the idea of stopping to fill a bidet. I suppose I could get used to it, but I'm a late in life bidet adopter, so maybe not.
Good until the first charge. That's it
This product was great for the first month. I charged it before use and used it until it needed charged again. Perfect. Then once I charged it, it started malfunctioning. The buttons doesn't work for their correct function anymore. The on and off button doesn't work at all. You have to just use all the water before you close it so you don't spray water everywhere. Imagine that. Its malfunction worked until I made this review and now it doesn't work at all.
Travel bidet - Excellent design and support
I've purchased two of these travel bidets. The design is excellent. It is quiet, attractive, compact, yet holds plenty of water. It has a small footprint on the bathroom counter, it is easy to pack for travel, or for shorter trips, just fill it at home and take it with you. The two pressure settings are comfortable and do a very good job. One bidet started to fail about nine months after purchase. After contacting the company, Redsack, a replacement came quickly in the mail at no charge. So not only excellent design, but excellent product support as well. I highly recommend this product.
It needs more POWER!
Idk about you, but I don't wanna see ANY brown after a few wipes post-use. Mine is always on the high setting, but it's not enough POWER. It'd be easier to just bring wipes with you. Great design tho, and I love it for what it brings to the toilet.
