The questions we hear most
Which bottles do Redsack water pumps fit?
The SP-02 fits standard 3 and 5 gallon bottles. The SP-03 comes with an adapter and also fits 1 and 2 gallon bottles.
How long does a charge last?
A full charge on either water pump moves about 75 gallons, which is 15 five-gallon jugs. The 5-in-1 wine dispenser pours about 100 bottles of 750 ml per charge.
Are the pumps loud?
No. The motor sits at the end of the tube, under water, and the SP-02 runs under 40 dB. That is quieter than a normal conversation.
Can I take a Redsack bidet on a plane?
Yes, when it is empty. An empty bottle passes the security checkpoint, and you fill it from a tap after.
